By booking, you agree that Top Shelf Cleaners may enter the home at the scheduled time using the access you provide, perform the service described in your confirmation, and charge the agreed price after the visit.

Prices shown at booking are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed before work begins if anything differs. Our policies on cancellation, access, payment and satisfaction form part of these terms.

Please secure valuables and irreplaceable items, and tell us about any surface or object that needs special handling. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for wear that normal cleaning reveals.
